Objective: To promote sister cities twinning and cooperation, that fosters favorable niche markets and trade negotiations, ample tourism and cultural exchange enhancement, and decisive leadership on global climate change mitigation and adaptation between Africa and North America.

Significance: With a vigorously changing world, it requires a whole set of new ideas and approaches, to do things in unison, and needing to speculate together on possibilities in transforming the crises of our time into opportunities for life-changing solutions in communities around the world. It’s more urgent than ever, for such cooperation between our different cities and people in the quite-so different scenario characterized by strange things, wars, wildfires, drought, poverty and disease.

Although our GDPs are different, the basic needs are the same; food, shelter, society free of disease, and the right to live in peace anywhere on planet, irrespective.
The GDP indices in the different global economic quarters in the fiscal years 2022 – 2024 portrays the so much divide on so many aspects of basic living our cities. The variance in figures speculates an incentive for cities twinning and cooperation to leverage markets, promote tourism and culture, enhance water and sanitation together, cooperative harmonization on winning against unemployment and homelessness, promote subnational diplomacy, and tackling the climate crisis together.
